Position Overview: Water Damage Supervisor
Our Water Damage Supervisor Supervisors play a pivotal role in leading technicians through every phase of mitigation and environmental projects. Reporting to the Project Director, this role involves overseeing tasks, ensuring quality, and maintaining open communication with key stakeholders. If you're a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to shine.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead technician role (construction or restoration field).
Valid Class C Driver's License with a good driving record and insurability.
Industry certifications a plus, with ability to pass required medical exams.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, verbal communication).
Comfortable using software and applications for documentation.
Strong teaching ability to foster technician growth.
Thorough knowledge of safety guidelines and SOPs.
Ability to interpret instructions, plans, and guidelines.
Physical ability to work in various conditions and lift heavy objects.
Availability for extended hours, weekends, and confined spaces.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders.
Perform or direct tasks to expedite project completion, maintaining quality.
Lead a team of 3 or more technicians, supervising varied job types.
Uphold customer experience standards, making adjustments as needed.
Manage company vehicle and supplies.
Submit crew sheets, notes, and accurate timecards.
Mentor and coach technicians for skill development.
Assist in safety briefings and training sessions.
Act as company Site Safety Representative when necessary.
Turn in completed work orders and required documentation.
Continuously enhance trade skills through training.
