Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in pest control to oversee and manage our operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, effective team management, and exceptional customer service in our pest control services division.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of pest control services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pest control technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure effective pest management practices and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and develop career paths for team members to enhance skills and promote career growth within the organization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the pest control industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pest control practices, techniques, and regulations.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
